Mashnee Island

Located just 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge, Mashnee Island Village is a quiet enclave of homes surrounded by water, but just a short drive to all Cape Cod has to offer. On the Rocks Vacation Rental is situated on the south side of the community with endless views of Buzzards Bay and it’s own steps to the beach.

Mashnee Island Village offers a private sandy beach for residents and guests to partake in the warm waters of Phinney’s Harbor. Depending on the time of year you plan to visit you may get to enjoy the annual Fourth of July parade, or one of the many other community events planned by the friendly residents.
