Your mornings will be filled with sunrises & coffee on the balcony. You and your guests will relax into the evenings with cocktails and sunsets on the deck. On the Rocks has its own private beach front, and is just a short walk to the private swimming beach of Mashnee Village. You’ll find this walkable island’s residents very friendly.
This classic Cape style home is located “just over the bridge” in the quiet village of Mashnee Island. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, + an outside shower. On the Rocks will comfortably sleep 9 guests. This Cape Cod vacation rental is perfect for multi-family, multi-generational groups, or a bunch of friends looking to unwind. The main level bedroom comfortably sleeps four in an extra sturdy Queen size bunk bed. The new full bathroom is right next door. Upstairs you’ll find the Sunshine Room offering endless views of the water, and room for three (Queen bed + twin.) The primary bedroom sleeps two in a super comfy King size bed with access to the upper level deck and VIEWS. The upper level full bath with double sinks completes the upstairs.
You and your guests will find it easy to gather in the comfortable living room watching the big ships traverse to the Cape Cod Canal via Buzzards Bay. Meals will be easy with the small, but well equipped kitchen, including the propane grill off the breezeway. Coffee?? Everyone needs their cup in the morning- no worries we have you covered with a drip coffee maker, as well as a traditional Nespresso machine. And for dining with your guests, you’ll find a large farm table with seating for eight or more with views for everyone to enjoy.
